Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 block fat free cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Bolthouse farms ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded mozarella cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded colby jack cheese
- 1/2 packet dry ranch mix
- 1/2 cup franks red hot buffalo sauce
- 1, 12oz can white chunk chicken breast, drained
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°
- If your cream cheese isn’t soft already, put it in the microwave and warm it for 30 seconds so it’s easy to mix.
- Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, chicken, dry ranch mix, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, and half of the Colby Jack cheese.
- pour into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish and top with remaining Colby Jack cheese.
- bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
