Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 block fat free cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Bolthouse farms ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 packet dry ranch mix
  • 1/2 cup franks red hot buffalo sauce
  • 1, 12oz can white chunk chicken breast, drained

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°
  2. If your cream cheese isn’t soft already, put it in the microwave and warm it for 30 seconds so it’s easy to mix.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, chicken, dry ranch mix, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, and half of the Colby Jack cheese.
  4. pour into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish and top with remaining Colby Jack cheese.
  5. bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
