Birthday Cake Mugcake

If you know anything about me, you know that I LOVE Kodiak Cakes. I have been using their products since I started this blog 4 years ago, and I actually watched them way back when they pitched to the sharks on Shark Tank!

There are so many reasons I love Kodiak Cakes, but one of the things I love about their mixes is that they contain protein! The majority of pancake and waffle mixes sold in grocery stores today don't, so this is what makes Kodiak Cakes different.

If you've made any of my recipes, you know protein is important to me. It's what keeps us full and satisfied throughout the day, so I like to incorporate protein at every meal. Kodiak Cakes mixes makes that easy!

Kodiak Cakes mixes are also made with whole grains, another added plus. And did I mention, they're delicious?!

I use their mixes for a variety of different recipes, including pancakes, pancake bites, waffles, etc. However most recently, I created a birthday cake mugcake that I'm so excited to share with you!
