Buffalo Cauliflower

This is one of my favorite new recipes. I've seen people do this a million different times, I just thought it was more difficult than it actually is!

This recipe only requires five ingredients, and can be done in an air fryer or the oven, whichever you prefer! Serve them up with a side of ranch or bleu cheese, and good luck not eating every last bite!

This makes the perfect snack! It's an easy way to get veggies in, it's low carb, and you could double it for the perfect party appetizer! I hope you enjoy as much as I do!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 packet dry ranch mix
  • 1 cup Franks red hot
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp dill

Directions

  1. Chop cauliflower into bite sized chunks, and put in a gallon sized ziplock bag
  2. Pour in Franks red hot, almond flour, dry ranch mix, and dill.
  3. Shake the bag until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spray your basket, and air fry in small batches for 15 minutes or bake in a 400 degree oven for 40, flipping halfway through.
