Chocolate Covered Perfect Bars

If you've been following for any length of time, you know my obsession with the chocolate covered Perfect Bars. If you haven't tried them, you can get them from the refrigerated section at Target. They're freaking fabulous.

However, they're expensive, and based on my other Perfect Bar copycat recipes, I knew I could remake them at home pretty easily! So I decided to try.

Spoiler alert: they are so damn good. They're also packed with protein!

These make the best mid morning or mid afternoon snack, or a protein packed night cap! They make a great healthy snack for kiddos too!

What You Need

  • peanut butter

  • honey

  • vanilla protein powder (I use Iheartmacros, 20% off with KALE20)

  • dark chocolate chips

  • sea salt

  • coconut oil

  • pre workout snack

  • mid morning snack

  • mid afternoon snack
