Hot Honey Broccoli

All I have to say is, if you hate broccoli, you won’t after today! And that is a promise!

Taylor and I made this for the first time last week and I swear we knocked the entire pan out in less than 20 minutes. If I’m being honest, Taylor immediately asked me, “what the hell is in this?!”. He loved it, and he’s not a big veggie guy!

Veggies you can use this spice mix on

This spice mix would be on any veggie you can think of! Here are just a few:

  • carrotts

  • peppers

  • white potatoes

  • sweet potatoes

  • brussel sprouts

  • zuchinni

  • eggplant

What you’ll need

  • broccoli

  • olive oil spray

  • cumin

  • onion powder

  • garlic powder

  • paprika

  • truffle salt

  • parmesan cheese

  • hot honey

Recipe

Get ready for this to be your new side dish staple. Feel free to use this seasoning on any veggie you like, we’ve done it with brussel sprouts too, and it’s just as great!

Ingredients

  • 2, 12oz bags of chopped broccoli (about 6ish cups)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 Tbsp truffle salt

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup hot honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Make sure broccoli is chopped into small pieces, and combine with the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Make sure broccoli is coated evenly, then dump onto a lined cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 20-25 mins or until crispy!

  5. Enjoy.
