Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3, 10 oz cans chicken breast (can use any shredded chicken; rotisserie, crock pot, etc)
  • 11 oz can mexicorn, drained
  • 1/2 c drained and rinsed black beans
  • 1/2 c light mayo
  • 1/4 c light greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning (Trader Joes)
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • avocado for topping when you're ready to serve/eat!

Directions:

  • Mix everything together in a large bowl!
  • Enjoy!
