Mexican Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 3, 10 oz cans chicken breast (can use any shredded chicken; rotisserie, crock pot, etc)
- 11 oz can mexicorn, drained
- 1/2 c drained and rinsed black beans
- 1/2 c light mayo
- 1/4 c light greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning (Trader Joes)
- juice from 1/2 lime
- salt/pepper to taste
- avocado for topping when you're ready to serve/eat!
Directions:
- Mix everything together in a large bowl!
- Enjoy!
