Protein Puppy Chow
Yalllllll the chokehold this recipe has on me. My only prerequisite right now is that any recipe I make takes less than 5 minutes and this one fits the bill.
However, I can’t promise you won’t finish this in one night. Good luck.
Ingredients
6 cups toasted rice cereal
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 scoops (70 grams) protein powder (I used @cleansimpleeats! 1 scoop vanilla, 1 scoop brownie batter!)
Recipe Note: you can replace the powdered sugar altogether with protein powder to make the macros a little better, but it will definitely have a more protein heavy taste (which doesn’t bother me, but I know it does for some, so just know that!)
Directions
Melt peanut butter and chocolate together, pour over rice cereal, and coat evenly
Add cereal, powdered sugar, and protein powder to a large ziplock bag, and shake until coated evenly.
Let mixture cool for about 15 minutes, and enjoy!
