Yalllllll the chokehold this recipe has on me. My only prerequisite right now is that any recipe I make takes less than 5 minutes and this one fits the bill.

However, I can’t promise you won’t finish this in one night. Good luck.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups toasted rice cereal

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 scoops (70 grams) protein powder (I used @cleansimpleeats! 1 scoop vanilla, 1 scoop brownie batter!)

Recipe Note: you can replace the powdered sugar altogether with protein powder to make the macros a little better, but it will definitely have a more protein heavy taste (which doesn’t bother me, but I know it does for some, so just know that!)

Directions

  • Melt peanut butter and chocolate together, pour over rice cereal, and coat evenly

  • Add cereal, powdered sugar, and protein powder to a large ziplock bag, and shake until coated evenly.

  • Let mixture cool for about 15 minutes, and enjoy!
