Buffalo Ranch Turkey Cups

Hiiii! It's been a hot minute since I've written a post on here! Reels have gotten the best of me lately and sometimes that's easier than a full blown blog post, but this recipe deserves one!

This recipe came to be, because of the sheer nothing I had in my refrigerator after I got back from Las Vegas this week. I was desperate so I started rummaging through the drawers to see what I could come up with.

Luckily, Taylor had gotten some ground turkey, and I found crescents and buffalo sauce, so I got to work! The recipe could not be easier, has incredible macros, and they're DELISH. I finished them by myself in just two days! Now I can't wait to make other versions.

This recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner, and can totally be more mild if you don't love spice, or are cooking for kiddos! I'll talk more about that below on the recipe card!

What You'll Need

  • lean ground turkey (any will work, I used 99% fat free)

  • buffalo sauce

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • crescent rolls

  • ranch seasoning packet

Recipe Notes

This recipe can be as hot or as mild as you want! Add more or less buffalo sauce depending on how hot you like things!

If you're cooking for kiddos and want a non buffalo option, swap buffalo for barbecue sauce!

Buffalo Ranch Turkey Cups

This recipe could not be easier! Just 5 ingredients! Quick and easy. This is family/kid friendly too! They're full of protein, so pair them with a veggie and you have dinner covered in less than 20 minutes!

  • 1 tube crescent rolls (8 rolls total)

  • 16 oz lean ground turkey, I used 99% fat free

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a skillet, combine the ground turkey, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce. Cook on medium heat.

  3. While the ground turkey is cooking, spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray.

  4. Then line 8 muffin wells with crescent rolls. There's no perfect way to do this, just press them in and up the sides to create a "cup".

  5. Once the ground turkey is done, take it off the heat and add in half the cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.

  6. Use a cookie dough scoop (spoon will work too!), fill each crescent cup with an even amount of turkey mixture. Top each cup with the remaining cheddar cheese!

  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crescents are golden brown.

  8. Top with ranch and enjoy!
