Easy Egg Bake
The easiest breakfast prep EVER. I made this this weekend and truthfully, it made enough for me to not only eat it for breakfast this week, but lunches too! No shame. I hope you love it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
- 1 carton egg whites (32 oz.)
- 1 package (20 oz) hash browns (if frozen, thaw them)
- 1 package (10oz) frozen peppers (thaw and drain them)
- 1 package (10oz) frozen onions (thaw and drain them)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Grease a 9x13 pan, and add hash browns.
- Bake hash browns for 15 minutes (this step can be removed, it just makes the has browns crispy/not soggy).
- After the hash browns come out, spread your onion and pepper mix evenly on top. If you want to add cheese to this, here is where you'd add it!
- Add your egg whites on top! Season to taste.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cut into 8 even squares and enjoy!
