If you know me at all, you know Perfect Bars used to be one of my very favorite things. They still are, but I cut back on buying them because of how expensive they are. They also tend to be pretty high in fat and sugar, which is of course okay sometimes, just not necessarily at the rate I was eating them.

I have been so, so excited to share this recipe because I feel like they are summer in protein ball form! I know you guys have been anxious about this one so I tried to crank it out as quickly as possible. These guys are bursting with the most fresh key lime flavor, and each protein ball is packed with 8g of vanilla protein!
